Uuuuuhh.
Hobbes -> Leviathan -> encroaching statism -> TPTB
Duh!
Also, Calvin & Hobbes has had numerous comics that have advocated the use of psychoactive substances such as ritalin to keep children compliant. I think we all know that this is part of the larger plot to stratify the beta segment of our society to create the gammas.
Plus the entire 'Spaceman Spiff' thing that's going on in that comic is meant to condition us for the coming 'alien invasion' that is simply demonic activites that are psychomanifested by those that worship the owl god.

The cartoon aside.

Unfortunately, he does not need help. There is more to it. The owl worship lunacy is for real. Look up Bohemian Grove.

This is not all in Alex Jones' mind either. I met an Illuminati nutter a decade ago, and was fool enough to live with him. Thank God he revealed himself for the lunatic he was before we married, or, perish the thought, had kids. For many years after I thought he was 'just' psychotic. I now see there was a lot more to it.

It really isn't very hard to trace a lot of what is going on today back to the "old" gods. Owls, demons, etc. I'm not saying demons exist, but I'll bet I can find lots of people who worship them.

In ancient egyptian, vowels are interchangable. AMON, AMAN, AMUN, AMEN

Amen is the name of an Egyptian god. Possibly the god refered to "In God we Trust"?

I am not looking to prove this, but it is worth a moments thought. That's all I am saying. Don't go dismissing it just because you don't like it. There *ARE* people inserting this stuff into every day life...

Scary stuff, Maxine. I'm glad your brush with the "dark side" didn't end up any worse.

Now back to Calvin & Hobbes - one of my favorite comic strips.

I really like Calvin and Hobbes too, actually. I do not read it all the time - or papers at all. But I have cut a few Calvin and Hobbes ones out, as memorably funny over the years.

Perhaps the cartoonist is trying to warn us?

Perhaps nothing of the sort? It is merely unconscious/subconscious?

I actually really like the Harry Potter novels. I do think Rowling is tapping into something, but I feel she is doing it via inspiration. I also do not understand why some people get so uptight about the witch/wizard themes in Harry Potter, as the light wins.

All this 'magic' symbolism, going back to Egypt/Babylon and maybe further is in our lives ALL THE time. Calligula has just shown that on the dollar bill. Which is smothered from end to end.

If the average 'Joe/Joan' in the street woke up to that, and stopped worrying about Harry Potter novels, and evolution - oh horror! - being taught in schools, and being narrow as minded as a blinkered cart horse?

Spot the 'loonies'. This really damned weird cult of people who have hung on to power, behind the scenes, apparently for ages. Not your average innocent little Mason at his lodge either. He is as dumb as the rest.

These deeply occult driven nutcases, at or near the top.

The only power they have really got is to be too weird to be believable. But, sadly, it IS a power.

Calvin and Hobbs used the days events in society and showed them through the strip...when they talked about riddline and the others he was showing that a normal child will have far out adventures and tptb where trying to stop the active imagination.. at least that's what I got from them....

BTW I the snow men stuff were always my favorites....

I loved the horror movie murder scenes he would create with the snow.

Yes, the snowmen series is hard to beat.

I think we'd better get that kid to a psychologist

oh also, the writer there is obviously from my generation or above when we didnt have cool toys now! I don't think most kids have a vivid imagination any more cause of all the computer games and cartoons/TV

I remember having 4 channels to watch when I was younger!

Some comedians talk about it too, you know playing with sticks and they were swords, we'd be pirates or Robin hood, I think it's Brian Regan that does the most childhood memories of that type of thing.
they don't create their own fantasies....they play others!

Yup, we're absolute consumers. The brain is like a muscle, use it or lose it. If we don't use our imagination, it tends to be harder to use. I've also heard rumors that the vaccines target specific parts of the brain, especially where imagination comes from. Not too sure.

As for calvin and hobbes, we are hunted, not by deer, but by corporations. That being said, I still enjoy C&H.

Caligula:

Annuit coeptis does not mean "announcing conception". It means "(He) favors our undertakings." It's from Virgil.

Novus ordo seclorum does not mean "new secular order", it means "new order of the ages". Seclorum is the plural possessive form of saeculum (generation, century, age). Secularis (worldly) is where secular is derived, a completely different word.

I won't bother analyzing the rest of your images as they are obviously biased and inaccurate.
